This week i'll be in Park Royal, Kuala Lumpur attending Business Process Re-engineering Workshop.
Anyway, today is my second day of the workshop, yet a found out this workshop is very though and i have to concentrate more to make sure i'll catch up evrything...
and one more thing, i'm the only one representative from my department...and they request me to prepare one process from my department to be present on the last day of workshop...
